The instructors at The River Studio offer a range of yoga classes for students of all ages and levels of experience. Styles and traditions vary, but every class engages the mind, body, and spirit in one practice. Regular yoga improves circulation, balance, flexibility, strength, and overall resilience, and it changes people’s daily experience, easing stress and fostering inner peace.
When people enter the studio, the first thing they remark on is the beauty of the space and the surrounding gardens and view. It’s an ideal place for yoga and meditation: a world apart, simple and profoundly calming.
