Join Kim on 11/15 for a rejuvenating immersion into yin yoga, guided meditation, nurturing touch, and Reiki. The evening will begin with a gentle, SILENT Yin Yoga practice to open our bodies and quiet our minds. Then we will transition into a long Savasana with guided “rotation of consciousness” — just “a taste” of Yoga Nidra. Kim will be assisting and supporting everyone during practice, using therapeutic touch, massage, Reiki, and essential oils. You will leave this practice feeling peaceful, nurtured, empowered, and rejuvenated. ♥

ABOUT KIM ♥
Kim Nixon is passionate about sharing the healing benefits of bodywork, gentle movement, meditation, and breathwork. She truly believes that yoga is for EVERY body and reflects that in her teaching style. Kim describes yoga as “powerful medicine.” She is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, licensed massage therapist, and master-level Reiki practitioner with more than 1600 combined training hours in massage, yoga, energy medicine, and intuition. She is currently continuing advanced studies in Yin Yoga.
