Joy’s personal goal is to provide yoga classes that are accessible for all, and focus not only on the asanas (body postures) but pranayama (breath control), and pratyahara (control of the senses through meditation). Each class will begin with breath work and provide time for personal insights and intentions, move into a gentle vinyasa flow, followed by a generous savasana (relaxation), and close with a short meditation. Joy looks forward to joining all experience levels (especially beginners) in their yoga journey! The only requirement is to show up!
