Alex’s flow class helps empower students to be able to craft their own practice outside the yoga studio and to find peace in their daily lives. A typical class will focus on building heat through vinyasa flow, finding peace through breathwork and balance postures, and centering through meditation. Combining humor with acknowledgement of achievements keeps each class fresh and full of personal accomplishment. Alex’s personal experiences with the power of yoga has led her to believe that connection to oneself can be translated into all aspects of one’s daily life — from personal relationships to business.
