Qigong, an ancient practice of energy cultivation from China, has been used for hundreds of years to revitalize the body and spirit by promoting the flow of Qi, or life force. In Curtis’s class you will be guided through a variety of Qigong exercises that coordinate breath with gentle movement to circulate Qi through the body and promote a calm and tranquil mind.
All levels are welcome. Modifications are provided as needed. No prior Qigong experience necessary.
