Kathryn Kennedy will serve as your guide as you experience Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness. The practice of Kundalini yoga is the journey to your true nature. Through mantra, you will use sound vibration to connect to your inner teacher and express your unique essence; through kriya (a sequence of postures, breath, and sound), you will prepare your body for meditation; through meditation, you will calm your mind. All levels, especially beginners, are welcome.
