Kripalu Yoga with Gillian Bryant

Gillian H. Bryant became certified in Kripalu Yoga Instruction during a gap year between high school and college. She received support and teaching from Susan Coady, an excellent local Kripalu instructor. She taught yoga classes at The River Studio during its first year of operation. Gillian brings a gentle yet clearly focused quality to her classes. She is currently studying English and practicing her yoga at Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina. She plans to continue teaching at The River Studio each summer. Her class schedule will be posted on this site.

 

Selma Holden, MD

Selma Holden, MD has been practicing a variety of Yoga & Qigong forms for over 10 years.  In the beginning of 2012 she became a certified Yoga Teacher within the Sivananda lineage.  She’s a Family Medicine Physician with an additional focus in Integrative Medicine.  Practicing yoga is her personal path to wellness and she enjoys helping others find their individual way towards health.  Selma loves helping pregnant women prepare for a safe and satisfying birth
