Kim is our Studio Manager here at The River Studio. In addition to being a 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher, she is also a licensed massage therapist and certified Reiki practitioner. She has been practicing yoga for 10 years, doing massage and bodywork since 2009, and teaching yoga since 2012. Kim believes that yoga is for EVERY body and is passionate about sharing the healing benefits of gentle movement, meditation and breathwork. Her classes are focused on providing self-care tools to assist students in managing stress, reducing pain, and strengthening their bodies.
Kim is retired from a 29-year career in State Government. She received both her 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification and her 300-hour Advanced certification from ShivaShakti School of Yoga in Union, Maine.
