Julia offers asana, (pose) variations that honor and support individual differences. Students in her class can expect guidance in coordinating breath with movement, as well as an emphasis on core stability and strengthening. Students will learn to find a balance between stability and relaxation. The class will end with a guided meditative savasana and optional pranayama (breathing exercises). Beginners welcome.
