This 3-week series will provide a gentle introduction to basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices in a supportive environment. Focus will be on learning proper (safe) alignment and developing body/mind awareness. Yoga is a very personal practice and an individual journey for everyone who steps onto the mat. This class is suitable for beginners or those who prefer a slower, gentler yoga practice.
Do you have joint issues, back pain, or other challenges in your body? All the better. Come feel what a difference gentle, healing movement, breathwork, and meditation can make in your body. Modifications will be provided, making this class suitable for all bodies.
