Peggy Baird offers Gentle Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on breath-linked movement, body alignment and present moment awareness. A typical class includes joint opening exercises, sun salutations, gentle movement in both standing and seated postures, and pranayama (breathwork.) All classes will close with Savasana, the traditional relaxation/meditation pose. Peggy’s classes are suitable for all body types and all levels, including beginners and seniors. Modifications are offered.
