4-week series with Joy Osterhout
This 4-week series is perfect for beginners or experienced practitioners who want a simple, impactful and accessible yoga practice. Focus will be on moving in a calming fluid manner from one pose to another, holding each slightly longer, while developing an understanding of each pose and how to use props to support us as we build strength and increase our flexibility. We will also explore breath and how it flows with our movements as we stretch and restore our body and mind. Learning to carry this foundational practice forward into our everyday lives will help us become more mindful, grounded, and balanced in everything we do!
