Ajeet Hari Kaur has been practicing yoga since 1996. Yoga and meditation have been and continue to be places of refuge, solace, peace, self inquiry, and exploration for her. Because of this, she chose to pursue teacher training so that she could learn how to share this transformative practice with others. She earned her 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification from ShivaShakti School of Yoga and her 200-hr KRI Level One training in Kundalini with Hari Kirin, Gurucharan Khalsa, and Ajeet Kaur. She has additional certifications in Yoga Nidra and Yin Yoga and is currently pursuing her 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher training with ShivaShakti. Ajeet Hari teaches group classes and private sessions in the midcoast Maine region. She brings her lighthearted nature and laughter to class, encouraging play as often as possible.
In her professional life, Ajeet Hari holds a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction from the University of Florida and is the director of a nonprofit research institute focused on studying K-12 online and blended learning.
