Curtis has pursued martial arts since childhood. After learning short forms in the Yang and Wudang traditions, curiosity about the subtle energies at play in Taiji shifted his focus to Qigong and classical Chinese medicine. Curtis has studied Qigong, trained in Pangu Shengong, has studied Wing Chun, and holds a first-degree black belt in American Freestyle Karate.
Yin Yoga is a more meditative form of yoga. In Yin Yoga, floor postures are held passively for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive “stress” on the deep layers of connective tissue in the body. Great for all body types.
