Rebekah specializes in women-centered classes, focusing on women’s wholeness and vitality. Her classes have an exploratory and playful tone, always structured in such a way that is accessible to all students, helping to inform them about their own bodies and empowering them to be their own greatest teachers. Join Rebekah for her Sunday morning classes or for Baby & Me classes on Thursdays.
Rebekah believes that life is complex, as is our relationship with our own wellbeing, and there isn’t a one size fits all approach that can give us all what we need. In fact, what we need changes frequently. While navigating her own health struggles she found her way to her current work — focusing on women’s wholeness and vitality. She loves nothing more than helping others access their own wisdom in discovering their path to wholeness.
Miranda went from being a yoga skeptic to an enthusiast 5 years ago. The decision to make the leap from yoga lover to teacher came when she realized that yoga would deeply benefit her Massage Therapy clients and enhance their healing.
Nicole’s classes range from dynamic Vinyasa Flow to inquiry-based Yin Yoga. Her teaching style encourages an emphasis on fun, a sense of exploration, and being in the present moment. Students are left feeling both enlivened and tranquil, with a greater awareness of mind, body, and spirit connection. Join Nicole for class on Saturday mornings.
Nicole loves that yoga is a continuous journey that offers the necessary tools to navigate the waves of life. She has seen how these tools can create positive shifts mentally, emotionally and physically and believes that we find strength and empowerment through softness and surrender. Through her practice and teaching, she hopes to share this with her students.
Curtis has pursued martial arts since childhood. After learning short forms in the Yang and Wudang traditions, curiosity about the subtle energies at play in Taiji shifted his focus to Qigong and classical Chinese medicine. Curtis has studied Qigong, trained in Pangu Shengong, has studied Wing Chun, and holds a first-degree black belt in American Freestyle Karate.
Yin Yoga is a more meditative form of yoga. In Yin Yoga, floor postures are held passively for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive “stress” on the deep layers of connective tissue in the body. Great for all body types. (No previous yoga experience required.) Wednesdays at 9am and 5:30pm and Thursdays at 5:30. Drop ins welcome! ($12 drop in or register for the monthly series discount at $10/class.)
